A wild, wet and windy Saturday in Adelaide saw all racing cancelled, along with the majority of sports. But the AFLW persevered and despite delays for rain, lighting and general caution for player safety, and the home side prevailed in wet, windy and slippery SemiFinal.

It was much more pleasant weather for Episode 1 of Footy at Unley Oval, but lots of hard work from the dedicated staff at the oval, and incredible patience and perseverance from the supporters saw the Crows win the right to contest Brisbane for a Grand Final place.

As we mentioned before, Unley Oval is a gentle walk form your accomodation at Amy Robsart, but perhaps today was a day to stay home in comfort.
